cipolline fresche
sale pepe olio Evo
allora ho saltato la carne sul soffritto di mezza cipolla ed olio evo ...
sfumato con vino bianco e lasciato andare a cottura un decina di minuti...
aggiunti di seguito rimescolando leggermente gli spinaci e poi..
la feta
il gruviera e le
cipolline fresche a fettine
sale pepe
con il ripieno ho farcito i rotoli di pasta fillo...spennellando con burro fuso durante l'arrotolamento...
ho riunito vari rotoli in una teglia formando una chiocciola ..
cotto 30 minuti a 180 gradi su carta forno e...
e servito...
facile e saporita....
